Frequently asked questions.

Will it still “work” for me if I’ve never done energy work before?

Yes. Since everyone possesses an intrinsic life force / consciousness, we are all more or less sensitive to energy. Arriving at a KAP class with a beginner's mind is the only thing needed for it to “work”. Sensitivity to the energy isn't tied to previous experience; KAP is more about experiencing than knowing. Just relax, maintain an open mind, and allow the process to unfold.

How should I prepare for a session?

Please avoid alcohol and drugs for at least 24 hours before and after your session. We also suggest drinking plenty of water on the day of the session and not eating for an hour or two before we start. The most important thing is to come with an open mind.

I deal with depression and/or anxiety, can I still attend?

Many participants have found that KAP provides significant benefits in managing their anxiety and depression. However, please note that if you're currently taking antidepressant medications, these could potentially reduce your sensitivity to the energy transmission.

Can KAP heal any physical ailments?

KAP isn't designed as a direct substitute for medical or psychological assessment or treatment. Its main goal is to foster spiritual development and deepen consciousness. Nonetheless, some participants have noticed physical healing after participating in a few sessions. Please bear in mind that such results are not guaranteed nor the primary objective of KAP.

What are the effects of KAP after the session?

The experience after a KAP session can vary greatly. You may experience enhanced intuition, clearer decision-making abilities, sensitivity to energy subtleties, or more synchronicities in your waking life. As KAP aids in removing energetic blocks and fostering a connection with your higher self or source, the aftermath of a session will be unique to each individual.

Who should not do KAP?

KAP is not recommended for those prone to mania, delusion or psychosis. As this process will expand your capacity to feel, you will have to be able to handle the emotional process in between sessions. If this is too difficult to handle on your own, we recommend you not to continue with the sessions.
